A full gut renovation in the old quarter runs about ten to twelve months from the first design to the final walkthrough (Corniel Construction, 2026); a the river district house without structural work is shorter. Call before the architect's drawings are final: the storage, the kitchen and the lighting are cheapest to move on paper.
